With two distances to choose from there's something for everyone from complete novices looking to do their first triathlon to seasoned age group triathletes looking to hone their race skills. Both events start with a refreshing swim in the gorgeous Blue Lagoon followed by a fast a fairly flat course around the quiet country lanes of Womersley. The event finishes with a run on a mix of tarmac and trails around the Blue Lagoon.

Choose from;

Mini Triathlon: 400m Swim, 10km Bike, 2.5km Run

Sprint Triathlon: 750m Swim, 20km Bike, 5km Run.
